Student Alumni Mentorship Program (Data Analytics)
SAIC conducted the 7th career guidance session under the Mentorship Program last Sunday. It was a Data Analytics-oriented session with 8 Alumni speakers in 8 breakout rooms. The session saw remarkable participation from students across all years eager to discuss the career opportunities in Data Analytics with our alumni mentors. Each room observed extremely engaging and instructive discussions, which enhanced the mentee’s understanding of the domain. The insights on developing skills, building a good profile, and cracking interviews were highly informative and beneficial. Student Alumni Mentorship Program (Core and Research Part-I )
SAIC conducted the 8th career guidance session under the Mentorship Program yesterday. It was the first of the two Core and Research-oriented sessions with 5 Alumni speakers for 6 departments. In order to provide more personalized mentorship for each department, we conducted 4 branch-specific meetings for Biochemical Engg., Industrial Chemistry, Metallurgical Engg., and Mining Engg. and 1 meeting for Ceramic Engg. and Materials Science & Technology combined. The sessions familiarised the students with a plethora of career opportunities in their respective branches. Mentees participated in lively discussions that cleared their doubts and gave them a better understanding of the domain.
