Transcripts
To extend a helping hand to the alumni of IIT BHU, SAIC makes an effort to make the procurement of transcripts from the examination office easier. Please select the section below on the basis of your graduating year to get the detailed procedure for procurement of your transcript.
● You need to send a transcript requesting email to the below mentioned email address, enclosing all your credentials like name, roll no., year of graduation and batch etc.

● You’ll get a response Email and further communication will be done by the examination office BHU.
● Currently Examination office just verifies the transcripts prepared by students of this section. So you need to prepare your own transcripts by replacing in your credentials, courses and grades in the below attached sample copy of transcript for your reference and save a .doc file of the same.
● You need to send a transcript requesting email to the below mentioned email address, enclosing all your credentials like name, roll no., year of graduation and batch etc.
● Kindly attach scanned copies of all your grade sheets and the doc file of your transcript you prepared along with the requesting e-mail.

● No payment has to be done on your end.
● For procurement of your transcript you need to pay INR 50 for single copy and additional INR 20 per extra copy of transcript you request.
● Steps for making the above mentioned payment are as follows :-
➢ Go to the link https://www.onlinesbi.com/
➢ Click on SB collect --> proceed
➢ Select State -> All India & Educational Institution -> Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi
➢ Select payment category -> Application Processing fee
➢ Fill in your credentials and make the payment.
➢ Download the payment receipt generated in pdf format.
● You need to send a transcript requesting email to the below mentioned email address, enclosing all your credentials like name, roll no., year of graduation and batch etc.
● Kindly attach the payment receipt along with the requesting e-mail.
