All complaints/issues regarding rooms and amenities like lights, air conditioners, mosquito repellents, bathroom, fitting, upholstery, replenishing the tea/coffee supply, etc. will be taken care of by the staff at the guest house. They are at your disposal 24*7 and shall gladly assist you.
For any other needs such as laundry services, special tours, cab booking, drinking water, dietary needs etc., please contact the front desk/reception area.

The institute has a Student Health Center within its premises where necessary medical facilities are available. The consultation hours are from 7:30 am to 2 pm on all working days. The Daycare Center is open from 1:30 pm to 8:00 pm. In the case of emergencies, an ambulance can be easily arranged. The BHU Campus has a Government hospital, Sir Sunderlal Hospital on the campus which is open 24*7. There are specialists in the hospital to deal with severe cases.

Varanasi, being a confluence of several cultures, has numerous heritage sites. In the words of Mark Twain, “Varanasi is older than history, older than tradition, older even than legend, and looks twice as old as all of them put together." Nearer to the campus, there is the Assi Ghat, Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Tulsi Manas Temple, Dasashwamedh Ghat, Durga Mandir, etc. Boating and Ganga Aarti are the most common attractions in the city. Farther from the campus there are Sarnath, Rajdari and Lakhaniya waterfalls.
