No, a mentee can be allotted only one mentor and/or assigned a single project.
A project should NOT be considered as an internship. This program purely aims at providing exposure and/or an experience of the students enrolled.

It’s a mandatory session aiming to initiate interaction between mentors and their respective mentees to allow for a formal introduction of both the parties involved. All details pertaining to further communication like Mode of communication, exchange of contact information, frequency of contact should be clarified during this session so as to allow for a smooth experience during the Program. After the session, you are expected to continue interacting with the mentor as discussed in the session itself.
Mentees are obliged to attend the Ice Breaker session. Absence of mentee from the same will result in them being debarred from the Mentorship program as well as any future initiatives of SAIC.
The sole purpose of collecting contact information from you is to avoid any communication gap and ensure smooth running of the program.
A mentee is expected to be responsive enough when interacting with the mentor and extract the most of their knowledge and experience. Prolonged unresponsiveness from the mentees’ end will result in them being ruled out from the program.

No personal contact details will be shared (email address or phone number) without your consent, in any case whatsoever.
The above fields have been decided upon as a result of a survey conducted by team SAIC among the students. All other fields may be floated but with no assurance of provision of a student mentee. It is completely up to students’ interests.
Projects that tend to develop certain skills and/or provide a practical experience to the mentees in their chosen fields can be floated.

A mentor is requested to devote around 4-5 hours weekly towards this program. It may be extended as per your convenience.
The duration of the projects can be around 2-4 months depending on the availability of both the mentors and mentees.
